The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

    • Shipping & Delivery
    • At this time, Vape-Liquidators ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Vape-Liquidators ships merchandise to Canada with a surcharge, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

      Shipping

      We ship within 1-2 days depending on stock. All orders under $50.00 will be charged $5.99 shipping.

      All orders are shipped to the address listed on PayPal. Due to using this service we cannot change the shipping address. please make sure your PayPal address for shipping is up to date. We do not cover any secondary shipping cost or compensate shipping cost for the order to be rerouted to your new address.

      Shipping Carriers

      At this time we ship USPS (First Class or Priority). First Class 3-5 Days. Priority 2-3 days unless delayed by the USPS.

      Miscellaneous

      If you purchase an incorrect item and need an exchange, you will be responsible for all shopping costs.  A standard 20% restocking fee and items being returned will be in the exact condition it left our company.

      Cancelled orders or addressing errors: Cancelled orders must be called before 11 a.m. EST. For any refused package or any returns to Vapeupusa.com due to incorrect addressing, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card the full amount of your purchase, less any shipping charge

      No refunds on Pre-orders.  You may experience delays on Pre-order items.  ETA means Estimated Time of Arrival.  If you need your order at a specific time to arrive.  Do not pay for a Pre-order because the estimated time of arrival is not set in stone.  At times we get the items sooner and sometimes there are delays.  Please keep this in mind before ordering items on Pre-orders.

 

    • Sales Tax
    • California Resident: A sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.


 

    • Warranties
    • No warranty except for DOA (Dead on arrival) DOA products must be returned with 2 weeks.  Exchange parts will not be sent until the original part is returned and evaluated.  Shipping is at the customer’s expense for returns.

  • E-Liquid:

    Unfortunately, we will not accept refund requests, or returns on e-liquid products that do not meet personal flavor expectations. Taste is a very subjective sense that will vary greatly from person to person. We highly recommend purchasing flavors you already love.

    Consumable Hardware:

    Consumable hardware such as atomizers, cartomizers and cartridges are non-refundable unless proven to be DOA. Cartomizers are warranted against manufacturer defects for 48 hours.  That is, you have 48 hours from date of delivery to notify us via contact about any malfunction.  Cartomizers are consumable items, and do not carry any warranty other than DOA. DOA consumable products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. A refund or exchange for consumable products does not apply to burned taste or other subjective experiences.  Each user may have a different experience, and taste is one of them.

    Hardware:

    Hardware refers to products such as vaping mods, devices, and e-cigarettes. Hardware will only be refunded or exchanged if you receive the product in defective, or DOA condition. Defective or DOA hardware products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Defective or DOA condition does not include subjective or unsatisfying experiences.

    Batteries:

    Batteries will only be refunded or exchanged if you receive them in defective, or DOA condition. Defective or DOA batteries may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Defective or DOA condition does not include subjective or unsatisfying experiences.

    Accessories:

    Accessories refer to products such as drip tips, cases, chargers, etc. Accessories will only be refunded or exchanged if you receive them in defective, or DOA condition. Defective or DOA accessories may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Defective or DOA condition does not include subjective, or unsatisfying experiences.
